Wedding Planning​

Our complete wedding planning service includes event design, budget setting, vendor sourcing, runsheet creation, admin management and delivery.  We also offer a 'Get Started' Wedding Planning Consultation.  A consultation where we consider all the important elements of a wedding and discuss your wedding vision. Planning has to start somewhere, so start your journey with professional guidance and support.

On the Day Coordination

You plan your wedding and we coordinate the day. On the day we become the point of contact and decision maker, giving you the freedom to relax and enjoy. We coordinate all elements including logistics, vendors, and repurposing styling where needed. We keep the event on time and oversee all the details.

Corporate & Social Events

From concept to delivery, with a clear vision, we assist in creating memorable events. From large scale galas, conferences, product launches, brand activations, networking, team building, milestone birthdays, the list is endless. Our focus is people, purpose and creating experiences.​

Styling & Hire

We offer a full styling service or you can hire individual elements. We also hire glassware and organise RSA bar staff for byo venues.

DIY Styling Set-Up

DIY styling is popular and absolutely doable, but you will need help on the day. We set up everything for you in the morning and pack down in the evening.​

Champagne Towers​

Bubble Over Champagne Towers is our sister company. Elevate your event with a custom Champagne Tower. Choose from a variety of tower sizes, ranging from 4 to 7 tiers, with luxe glassware and base options.
